About the Role

We are seeking experienced Product Managers and Senior Product Managers to support a major NHB program focused on delivering AI-driven and data-centric products.

You will play a key role in shaping product strategy and delivering high-impact solutions, working closely with data scientists, AI/ML engineers, UX designers, and engineering teams. This role is suited to professionals who thrive in complex environments and are comfortable translating AI and data capabilities into real business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI and data products
• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with AI/ML engineers and data scientists on model development, data pipelines, deployment, and monitoring
• Collaborate with UX designers to deliver intuitive and user-focused solutions
• Lead backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, and delivery in an Agile environment
• Apply a data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritisation
• Ensure alignment with IM8 policies, GCC architecture, and CI/CD pipelines
• Manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
• Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to ensure successful delivery

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Product Management
• Strong experience delivering AI, ML, or data-driven products
• Solid understanding of machine learning workflows, data pipelines, and AI model deployment
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and cloud AI/data services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of UX principles and user-centred design
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Proven ability to work closely with data scientists, engineers, and designers

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
