Product Manager – Digital Platforms & Gamification
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative digital platforms. The role involves end-to-end ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and delivery, working closely with cross‑functional teams to launch scalable, high‑impact digital experiences.

Product Strategy & Delivery
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of digital platform solutions, from concept and requirement gathering to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Define product roadmap, priorities, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Lead initiatives to enhance user engagement through gamification, incentivization, or other interactive experiences.
Platform & Technology Leadership
- Collaborate with engineering and cloud teams to architect, implement, and maintain cloud‑based platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
- Oversee DevOps, system performance, and operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient platform operations.
- Introduce process automation (e.g., RPA) to improve team efficiency and delivery quality.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Team Leadership
- Lead cross‑functional teams including engineers, designers, and product support staff to deliver high‑quality products.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster high‑performing, collaborative teams.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure requirements are captured accurately and communicated effectively across teams.
User Experience & Engagement
- Implement features and initiatives that improve user adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and analytics to inform product decisions and continuous improvement.
- Drive experiments, A/B testing, or prototyping to validate new ideas and features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Platforms, or Technology Delivery.
- Proven experience delivering cloud‑based platforms, digital experiences, or gamification initiatives.
- Experience managing cross‑functional teams and collaborating with engineering, design, and operations.
- Familiarity with AI‑enabled products, RPA, or process automation is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, roadmap planning, and backlog prioritization.
