Job description
Role Summary

As a Mid-Level Product Manager, you will take ownership of key product areas, driving growth, revenue, and user experience outcomes. You’ll lead discovery, define strategy, coordinate cross-functional execution, and ensure every initiative contributes directly to business performance and customer satisfaction.

You’ll work closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Finance to bring ideas from concept to impact - and measure success with clear, outcome-based metrics.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Discovery
  • Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Define product vision and measurable success metrics (growth, retention, revenue, NPS).
  • Build business cases and ROI projections for new initiatives or feature optimisations.
  • Align all initiatives with company OKRs, long-term strategy, and regional goals (SG/MY/TH/VN).
Roadmap Ownership & Planning
  • Translate strategy into actionable product roadmaps, epics, and deliverables in Notion or Jira.
  • Prioritise initiatives using frameworks such as RICE or WSJF, balancing impact vs effort.
  • Communicate roadmap priorities, trade-offs, and expected outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Maintain transparency on timelines and business alignment.
Execution, GTM & Delivery
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Design, Tech, QA, and Data teams to deliver on roadmap.
  • Define and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for new releases - including launch checklist, success metrics, and enablement materials.
  • Ensure operational readiness before launch (monitoring, SLAs, runbooks, support handover).
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and UAT to ensure feature quality and business intent.
Product Growth & Performance
  • Own and track core KPIs: activation, retention, conversion, ARPU/MRR, churn, NPS.
  • Use funnel and cohort analyses to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Design and test growth loops (referrals, onboarding optimisation, reactivation campaigns).
  • Partner with Marketing to optimise acquisition efficiency (CAC/LTV) and with Finance to validate ROI.
  • Run A/B tests and experiments to drive measurable performance uplift.
Revenue, Brand & Market Impact
  • Support pricing, packaging, and monetisation strategy in collaboration with Marketing and Partnerships.
  • Ensure product experience reinforces brand credibility, trust, and differentiation.
  • Provide sales enablement assets (FAQs, demo flows, product decks) to support GTM.
  • Track brand perception and link improvements to retention and revenue metrics.
  • Monitor product-market fit and localisation performance across key regional markets.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Present roadmap progress, KPIs, and business results to senior leadership (CEO/CTO).
  • Collaborate across Product, Tech, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure goal alignment.
  • Proactively communicate risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
  • Mentor junior BAs or Associate PMs on product thinking and analytical decision-making.
Qualifications
  • 3–6 years experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a tech or digital product company.
  • Proven record of owning product KPIs and delivering measurable business results.
  • Strong analytical and data literacy; comfortable with GA4, Mixpanel, SQL, or Looker Studio.
  • Hands‑on experience with agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience in growth‑oriented, data‑driven environments (e.g., marketplaces, platforms, e‑commerce).
  • Regional experience in Southeast Asia (SG/MY/TH/VN) preferred.
  • Passion for building products that combine user value with measurable business impact.
