A leading IT services provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced product manager to maximize business value and ensure timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years in IT, specifically in project management and business analysis within private banking. Responsibilities include coordinating with delivery teams and engaging stakeholders to understand needs and validate ideas. Familiarity with JIRA and CI/CD automation is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in Wealth Management Suite or Private Banking functional domain required.
• Familiarity with CI/CD automation is a plus.

Job description

1. Maximize the business value of the product or service by ensuring we deliver the right thing at the right time
2. Accountable for the execution of build and maintain activities for their product or services throughout the lifecycle.
3. Identify the impact of change requests, issues, and changes to underlying assumptions; for project plan variances, develop solution proposals and reconcile them with the demand governance stakeholders
4. Empowered decision-makers accountable for maximizing the business value of their product or product suites.
5. Minimum ten years of IT experience in Project Management & Business Analyst in Private Banking.
6. Experience in automating regular lifecycle activities of our various CI/CD platforms is a plus
7. Domain expertise across Wealth Management Suite or Private Banking functional domain would be requited
8. Coordinate with delivery teams for timely product development
9. Leverage JIRA boards, epics, stories and backlogs for status updates, daily stand-ups and sprint reviews
10. Engage with internal SMEs and business stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their needs, validate ideas, focusing on user experience/satisfaction
11. Engage Delivery Leads, Engineers, and vendor teams to implement product features aligned with business requirements
