Job summary

A prestigious members' club is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead and manage CapEx procurement activities. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with policies while collaborating with business partners to fulfill procurement needs. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of procurement experience, preferably within the hospitality or food & beverage sectors, and strong proficiency in purchasing systems and Excel. This role requires attention to detail and independence in managing tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement, specifically in CapEx processes.
• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of food/non-food items and food safety regulations.

Someone with the expertise and proven experience to lead and manage end-to-end CapEx procurement activities, ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders and business partners to ensure timely fulfilment of procurement needs.

Other Duties Include

• Maintain vendor and product master list
• Monitor and review suppliers’ performance
• Reconcile online purchases with monthly statement
• Process price comparison and benchmarking exercises

Requirements

• Minimum 03 years’ experience in procurement, with strong focus on CapEx processes
• Hospitality / F&B experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge on food / non-food items and food safety regulations
• Proficient in purchasing systems, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Detailed-oriented and able to work independently under tight timelines
