Key Responsibilities
  • Procure ship provisions (fresh, frozen, dry, and bonded items) based on vessel requirements.

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply.

  • Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.

  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to meet vessel schedules.

  • Ensure quality, hygiene, and regulatory compliance of all provisions.

  • Monitor market prices, control costs, and prepare basic procurement reports.

Requirements
