Job summary

A local carpentry and furniture production firm in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Executive. The successful candidate will manage sourcing, purchasing, and inventory control, ensuring timely procurement of materials required for production. A diploma in Supply Chain Management and 2–3 years of relevant experience are required, along with strong negotiation skills. This position involves a 5.5/6-day work week and requires hands-on involvement at the factory site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or manufacturing.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and supplier relationships for regular materials.
• Raise and track purchase orders ensuring timely deliveries.
• Maintain cost efficiency and accurate inventory records.
• Liaise with departments for procurement needs and documentation.
