Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Executive to analyze procurement data, provide insights, and ensure compliance with procurement processes. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in GeBIZ and MS Excel, along with basic data analytics skills, is required. This role is a one-year contract with 42 working hours per week.

About the job Procurement Executive (Lavender)

Job Scope:

Work closely with the Team Lead to analyse procurement data, perform data cleansing, develop actionable insights, and drive data-informed decision-making across procurement processes.

Analyse user feedback and procurement data to identify bottlenecks, pain points, and areas for improvement, and provide practical recommendations for process enhancement.

Assist in change management by coordinating user system issues and preparing recommendation reports with solutions for stakeholders.

Review procurement documents prepared by Divisions/Units to ensure compliance with the Government Instruction Manual on Procurement and optimise the benefits of value-for-money procurement.

Provide advice to Divisions/Units and affiliated organisations on procurement-related matters.

Assist in reviewing procurement templates, forms, and reorganising materials on the Intranet.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree from a recognised institution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in government procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with the Government Instruction Manual on Procurement.
  • Proficient in GeBIZ, MS Excel, and basic data analytics.

Duration / Working hours

1 year contract
