About Hao Ren Hao Shi:

Job Summary:

The Procurement and Operations Executive plays a key role in ensuring Suidedures and-cost-effective purchase of groceries and essential items for distribution. This role involves working closely with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with budget and donation guidelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Source and purchase groceries and household essentials in accordance with monthly distribution plans.
  • Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities.
  • Work with warehouse team to align procurement with inventory levels and distribution timeline.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of purchases, supplier contracts, and cost comparisons.
  • Plan/Prepare items list for distribution event.
  • Monitor and update inventory, avoid shortages or overstocking for warehouse and happy marts.
  • Support donation-in-kind (DIK) management, including tracking, sorting and integrating donated items into distribution plans.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Head of Operations.
Requirement:
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in procurement and supply chain.
  • Process Class 3 driving licence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Passion for community service and social impact.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
