Perm position
Salary: Up to $3700 (Depending on experience & Qualifications) + $100 transport allowance+ performance bonus
Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm (with 1 day WFH after confirmation)

Duties:

• Responsible for achieving procurement targets for upstream resources, encompassing but not limited to cost, quality, and delivery goals.

• Actively engages in new supplier development, expands upstream resource channels, negotiates long-term supply agreements, and identifies high-quality suppliers in accordance with company requirements.

• Manages suppliers, including contract negotiation and execution, annual performance evaluations of preferred suppliers, supplier grading, supplier relationship maintenance, monitoring delivery quality metrics, and proactively managing risks associated with key suppliers.

Requirements:

• Independent and comfortable to work independently

• Bringing approximately 3 years of procurement experience, familiar with international project procurement.

• Priority given to candidates with experience in the upstream of the new energy industry, especially in the procurement of minerals and chemical products.
