Our client is a Marine and Offshore Industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Procurement Coordinator to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West- easily accessible.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of the purchasing process, including sourcing, quotation enquiries, price negotiation, order placement, and delivery coordination.
  • Perform data entry and processing of Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, i ncluding contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing in compliance with ISO guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and monitor supplier performance.
  • Source suppliers and procure electrical equipment, spare parts, and other electronic components.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
