Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute probe test solutions for semiconductor devices.
• Conduct probe testing to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Analyze and interpret test data to identify trends, detect anomalies, and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with design, process, and product engineering teams to resolve test-related challenges.
• Design and maintain probe cards, test fixtures, and other test-related hardware.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in probe testing technologies.
• Prepare detailed test reports and present findings to cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in probe engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including wafer probing and test methodologies.
• Proficiency in probe test equipment and software (e.g., parametric testers, probe cards).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in China.
