Job Overview

We are looking for dedicated and disciplined individuals to join our team as Private Investigators. As a PI, you will conduct surveillance, gather evidence, and support clients in a wide range of investigation cases such as matrimonial cases, insurance fraud, background checks, and corporate matters.

This role requires strong observation skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Surveillance & Field Work

• Conduct on-ground surveillance on foot or in a vehicle.
• Follow subjects discreetly without being detected.
• Capture clear photo and video evidence using surveillance equipment.
• Travel to various locations across Singapore as required.

2. Evidence Collection & Reporting

• Document findings accurately in daily reports.
• Submit time-stamped photos/videos with detailed descriptions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity of all information.

3. Case Work & Client Support

• Support senior investigators on ongoing cases.
• Assist in background checks, interviews, and verification tasks.
• Communicate case progress to supervisors when required.

4. Professional Conduct

• Uphold the highest level of professionalism and ethics.
• Comply with all laws and regulations under the Private Security Industry Act (PSIA).
• Represent the agency in a respectful, responsible manner at all times.

Requirements

1. Basic Requirements

• Singaporean or PR.
• Minimum 21 years old.
• Physically fit (job involves walking, driving, long hours).
• Able to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Able to stay calm and focused during long surveillance operations.

2. Skills & Experience

• Valid Class 3/3A driving licence (advantage).
• Experience in security, investigation, or enforcement is a plus but not required — training will be provided.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to think fast, adapt, and make sound decisions on the ground.

3. Personal Qualities

• Responsible and trustworthy.
