In Singapore, Hanwha Offshore Solutions Singapore positions us as the Center of Excellence for Project Management & Execution Center of Offshore Business, that opens up the global energy ecosystem. Hanwha Ocean develops and produces advanced facilities and platforms optimized for Offshore Business environments based on the best production system and facilities.

We are looking for experienced Topside Principal and Lead Process Engineers to join our team. Your work scope includes but not limited to:

• Leads and controls process engineering activities mainly for Topside facilities in FPSO/FLNG/Offshore facilities.
• Develop corporate technical standards/procedures, workflow, engineering platform (e.g. process design data integration) and keep them updated, integral, practical and fit to purpose with incorporating Project Lesson Learned.
• Assist Head of Discipline in managing a corporate organization and mentors Process Engineers in the Discipline.
• Conducts technical validation and quality assurance (input/output data accuracy, technical appropriateness, consistency, practicality, code, optimum solution and regulatory compliance), provides technical advice or takes a lead as Project Discipline Lead - Topside Process in executing Feasibility /Conceptual Study/Pre-FEED/FEED, EPCI Engineering for FPSO/FLNG or Offshore facilities projects.
• Analyze and identify optimal solutions and communicate these solutions through technical reports.
• Develop Project Design Philosophies, Standards and Procedures

We are looking for candidates with:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering (Chemical preferred) with 15+ years oil & gas experience.
• Minimum 7 years at top-tier FPSO/EPC contractor and 2 FPSO EPCI projects from engineering to sail-away.
• Hands‑on discipline and field engineering experience; strong knowledge of codes, standards, and FPSO/EPC practices.
• Proven leadership, team management, and communication skills; fluent in English and familiar with engineering platforms
