Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall management and daily operations of the preschool.
• Lead curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, and professional development, ensuring teaching quality and alignment with the MindChamps pedagogy.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement holistic, engaging, and age-appropriate learning programmes.
• Ensure lesson planning, assessment, and reporting meet both the developmental needs of children and the school’s philosophy.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment for children and staff.
• Partner with parents, staff, and management to maintain a strong culture of excellence and communication.

Requirements

• Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), or
  Degree in any discipline with a Diploma in Pre-school Education – Leadership (DPL).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity within a preschool setting.
• Strong understanding of curriculum frameworks, pedagogy, and SPARK certification processes.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of educators.
