Looking for a School Graphic Designer at (MOE Pri School)

Contract Period: 1st Feb 2026 to 31st Jan 2027

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Working hours: Mondays to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm


• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Services Required

The designer will work closely with the school's publicity team or designated point of contact to translate concepts and information into high-quality visual assets. The services required are set out as follows which include but are not limited to:

• School Newsletter – Design and layout for the semestral digital and print newsletter.


• Social Media Content – Creation of static graphics, engaging photo collages, and templates for posts on social media platforms.


• School Website – Design and create visual elements for the school website such as: a. Web banners and hero images b. Custom graphics and icons c. Page layout mock‑ups – providing visual mock‑ups.


• Video Content and Reels – Editing and producing short, dynamic videos for school publicity, social media reels, and event recaps that include basic motion graphics, photography/videography, adding text overlays, sound mixing and ensuring a cohesive look and feel.


• Corporate Collaterals and Branding

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience with a strong portfolio to demonstrate skills in both print and digital design, including layout, typography, and photo/video editing.


• Ability to create engaging video content and simple motion graphics for social media.


• Strong illustration skills with a definable style, and versatility to adapt to school’s needs.


• Meticulous attention to details.


• Excellent communication skills.
