Job summary

A multinational logistics company in Singapore is looking for a candidate with a diploma in logistics or sales and marketing to lead warehouse solution and pricing support for regional RFQs. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics solutioning or key account management, candidates will manage multiple projects while working closely with local teams. This position offers a basic salary of up to $7000 plus additional allowances and bonuses. Only Singaporeans need apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in warehousing, pricing, logistics solutioning or key account management.
• Experience managing multiple RFQs/projects.
• Candidates must be Singapore citizens.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse solutioning and pricing support for regional RFQs.
• Validate cost assumptions for labor, space, utilities, etc.
• Align closely with country teams to consolidate inputs and proposals.
• Review and reconcile actual costs versus proposed models.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals.
• Support customer meetings and presentations during the bid process.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse solutioning and pricing support for regional RFQs, including multi-country tenders and cross-border warehousing projects
• Work with local teams to validate cost assumptions for labor, space, utilities, overheads etc. and ensure pricing competitiveness while maintaining profitability and operational feasibility
• Align closely with country teams to consolidate inputs, validate local costings, harmonize regional proposals and act as regional point of contact between business development, operations, IT, and finance for all warehouse solution matters
• Review and reconcile actual costs versus proposed models to drive continuous improvement and analyze past bids vs actual performance to enhance solution efficiency
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals in coordination with BD, operations, and finance teams
• Support customer meetings, presentations, and clarification sessions throughout the bid and solutioning process

Requirements

• Possess Diploma n Logistics / Sales & Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of experience in warehousing, pricing, logistics solutioning or key account management; managing multiple RFQs / projects
• Experience in freight forwarding and WMS will be an advantage
• Singaporeans only
