The Pre-Sales Consultant plays a pivotal role in supporting CARDDIO CRM’s customer engagement, sales activities, and product demonstrations for SMEs across various industries. This role involves attending events, conducting product demos, gathering customer requirements, and working alongside the business development and product teams to support client acquisition and onboarding.

Job Requirements

Represent CARDDIO at weekly and monthly trade events, industry seminars, conferences, and association meetups.

Identify networking opportunities to expand CARDDIO’s SME reach and brand presence.

Engage prospects professionally to gather leads and schedule demo sessions.

Promote CARDDIO CRM, Digital Profile, and NFC capabilities to event attendees.

Identify, research, and qualify potential SME clients across commercial and industrial sectors.

Conduct outreach activities through events, digital channels, and referrals.

Support early-stage sales cycles by preparing materials, insights, and opportunity briefs.

Participate in campaigns, roadshows, and SME Go Digital initiatives.

Assist with pre-sales customer engagement, follow-ups, and requirement clarifications.

Build and maintain strong client relationships with new prospects and leads.

Support customers throughout the pre-sales cycle: demos, trials, information requests.

Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure smooth handover to onboarding.

Acquire deep understanding of CARDDIO CRM modules, functions, and value propositions.

Understand the product roadmap and how future updates affect customer use cases.

Collect customer feedback and translate it into product requirements or enhancements.

Assist in competitor comparison and prepare product insights for sales discussions.

Conduct requirement discovery sessions with SMEs.

Document customer workflows and identify how CARDDIO CRM can solve specific pain points.

Map customer requirements to product features for POC or demo preparation.

Perform live product demonstrations tailored to customer industries and use-cases.

Support POC setup and address basic technical questions during pre-sales discussions.

Showcase key features such as AI Summary, Lead Capture, Digital Profile, and automation triggers.

Support coordination with internal teams (sales, tech, product) for proposal preparation.

Monitor follow-up actions, POC timelines, and demo schedules.

Assist in documenting customer needs and communication updates.
