Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in processing Commercial lines policies is preferred.
• Experience in UAT is an advantage.

The Job

Support policy fulfilment for all classes of Commercial lines policies.

• Assist in processing all classes of Commercial lines policies
• Manage processing portfolio to ensure policy fulfilment within stipulated turnaround time.
• Ensure policy documentation accuracy and compliance of SOPs and guidelines.
• Support new business models and workflows. • Participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when required.
• Support ad hoc duties and activities when required.
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder
• Possess BCP and ComGI certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in processing Commercial lines policies is preferred
• Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word and Excel)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience in UAT is an advantage
• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
