Job Overview

Objective of Role: Responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient administration of insurance policies. The responsibilities include policy issuance & maintenance, policy renewals, data entry and compliance to standards.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Policy issuance and Maintenance – Process new policy applications, handle policy changes (including address updates, coverage modifications) and ensure accurate policy documentation.

2. Claims processing – Assist with the initial stages of claims processing to ensure proper and timely submission to the claims department.

3. Policy renewals – Manage policy renewals, send out renewal notices and follow up on outstanding premiums in accordance with corporate practice.

4. Data entry and maintenance – Maintain accurate policy records in databases, ensure data integrity and generate reports when needed.

5. Relationship management – Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on inquiries, resolve policy‑related issues and provide guidance on policy benefits/coverage.

6. Perform adhoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
