Job summary

A reputable staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to manage production schedules and material planning. You will collaborate with project leaders and ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining compliance with RBA standards. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Supply Chain Management, with 1-2 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.   • Collaborate with project leaders, planners, and production supervisors to prioritize work in line with delivery timelines.
  • Handle material and production planning, including the requisition of materials and updating of Bill of Materials (BOM) or implementing design changes.
  • Confirm orders based on the availability of materials and production capacity.
  • Coordinate with purchasing teams to plan and manage material deliveries, preventing excess inventory buildup.
  • Monitor material availability to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Ensure the timely closure of production orders to facilitate invoicing.
  • Maintain compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in planning, preferably with production planning experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing Industry
