  • Assist in preparing client planners, proposals, and documentation.
  • Support consultants with client enquiries via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • Help maintain and update client profiles and digital records.
  • Coordinate appointment bookings and follow-ups across multiple schedules.
  • Prepare basic reports on client engagement and meeting summaries.
  • Organize, scan, and file compliance documents and service agreements.
  • Assist in coordination of campaigns, outreach efforts, and follow-up reminders.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support as assigned.
