Role Overview

Physiotherapists at MORROW are clinical movement specialists, responsible for delivering comprehensive, evidence‑based rehabilitation and performance optimisation care. They integrate insights from medical assessments, diagnostics, and functional movement analysis to design safe, individualised treatment plans that restore mobility, build resilience, and prevent injury. This role demands strong clinical reasoning, clear patient education, and close interdisciplinary collaboration. Physiotherapists are expected to monitor outcomes, adapt interventions based on progress, and empower patients through education and long‑term movement strategies. In addition to direct patient care, the role supports clinical excellence through accurate documentation, participation in wellness initiatives, and collaboration with physicians, health coaches, nutritionists, and the Head of Clinical Operations to uphold quality standards, internal audits, and licensing compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in health and wellness initiatives within the organization.
  • Collaborate with physicians, health coaches, and nutritionists as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Assist the Head of Clinical Operations on quality checks and internal audits to maintain licensing compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
  • Valid registration or licensure with the relevant professional board or council.
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiac or other rehabilitation.
  • Proficiency in conducting physical assessments and using therapeutic modalities.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation standards.
