Responsibilities

• Providing safe, efficient and timely distribution (dispensing) of drugs, review and deliver drug therapy to achieve optimal pharmacotherapy outcome for the patient under Outpatient Pharmacy or Inpatient Pharmacy
• Providing pharmacy and clinical services to ensure medication use process is optimized for positive outcomes
• Assisting in the operations of a pharmacy section to meet standards and targets set by department

Requirements

• Full registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council OR Full registration in the country of attained qualification (required to undergo 3-6 mths pre-registration training)
