Job summary

A leading logistics and supply chain company in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to implement and control regulatory programs in support of business growth. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy and be a trained and registered pharmacist in Singapore. Responsibilities include supporting quality management systems, conducting audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy is required.
  • Trained and registered Pharmacist in Singapore is mandatory.
  • Experience in QA or QC operations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 is needed.

Job description

To implement Quality Assurance/Control and Pharmaceutical regulatory programs and initiatives with customers in support of the company’s business growth.

  • To support site quality management system and quality initiatives
  • Oversee site regulatory permit, license, certification for pharmaceutical products and medical devices
  • Compile data on monthly quality/regulatory, process and quality related issues
  • Conduct self-inspection audit on the processes in the operations
  • Provide quality/regulatory changes or issues during management review in operation meetings
  • Support RFQ/RFI on Quality Management Systems and other related topics.
  • Support customer audits on Quality Management Systems and other related topics.
  • Be a Quality Representatives in fulfilling the roles to support functional/Site Quality Management System.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of cGMP/GDP/GDPMDS.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
  • Trained and registered Pharmacist in Singapore
  • Experience in QA or QC operations is preferred
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
