A local HR solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a responsible partner for an Administrative and Facilities Management position. The role includes handling incoming materials, delivery arrangements, and management of facilities. Job description

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5:30pm.

Overtime beyond this time is calculated at 1.5 times the normal rate.

Location: Paya Leba MRT Station

Annual leave: 7 days after one year of service, plus one additional day per year, 14 days of sick leave

Benefits: 13 days of annual salary plus bonus! Two international trips per year, depending on company performance! If your birthday falls on a Monday to Friday working day, you'll receive one day off! You'll also receive a week off for Chinese New Year!

About the Role

We are seeking a responsible and dedicated partner to join our team in an Administrative and Facilities Management position.

Job Responsibilities
  • Receive and verify incoming materials
  • Arrange delivery of goods to customers
  • Prepare production records and related documentation
  • Manage facilities management, including:
    • Purchasing new machinery and equipment
    • Maintenance of machinery and plant
    • Purchasing spare parts and consumables

  • Ability to communicate with Chinese-speaking technicians
  • Applicants must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with procurement processes preferred
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
