A local HR solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a responsible partner for an Administrative and Facilities Management position. The role includes handling incoming materials, delivery arrangements, and management of facilities. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, the ability to interact with Chinese-speaking technicians, and a preference for administrative experience. Additional benefits include annual salary bonuses and leave benefits.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5:30pm.
Overtime beyond this time is calculated at 1.5 times the normal rate.
Location: Paya Leba MRT Station
Annual leave: 7 days after one year of service, plus one additional day per year, 14 days of sick leave
