Job Description
  • Industry/ Organization Type: Pet Supplies/ Retail
  • Position Title: Sales Assistant
  • Working Location: Singapore Islandwide (Travelling required)
  • Working Hours: 6 Days per week (9.30am – 9.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Meal & Transport Allowance + Commission + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional, proactive customer service and provide suitable product recommendations.
  • Handle cashiering and payment transactions.
  • Receive incoming stock, replenish shelves, and ensure proper product display.
  • Monitor product expiry dates and shelf-life to maintain stock quality.
  • Pick and pack items according to customers’ orders.
  • Carry out daily housekeeping to maintain a clean and tidy outlet.
  • Advise customers on pet care related inquiries
  • Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

  • Willing to travel within Singapore branch when required.
