Role Description

This is a full‑time role for Operation Admin / Executive Assistant at BMC with flexi work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Senior Management with day‑to‑day tasks, including calendar management, administrative and secretarial support to senior executives and corporate secretarial team.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents with government authority, maintain and update corporate records, registers, and client databases in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients and external parties on document collection, signature follow‑ups, and filing deadlines.
  • Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and handle travel and logistics for management.
  • Support onboarding of new clients, including KYC document collection and data entry.
  • Coordinate deliveries, courier services, and vendor arrangements.
  • Run small errands (e.g., purchasing / fetching items) as needed.
  • Perform ad‑hoc administrative and personal support tasks.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English (spoken & written).
  • Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to handle tasks independently.
  • Strong communication skills, discreet, and professional.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn about corporate service operations and family office services.
