Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm seeks a dedicated professional in Singapore to plan and supervise care for residents. You will develop and implement programs focused on residents' well-being and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the home's equipment. Candidates should have a diploma in psychology, social work, or a relevant field and be willing to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Training will be provided to support your development in this role.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the care of residents.
• Develop and implement programmes and activities for the well-being of residents.
• Put up monthly interview records for residents.
• Ensure proper maintenance of the Home's equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the Home premises.

• Working hours: 44 hours / week
• Rotating shift : 8:30am - 6:30pm / 8am - 8pm (AM) / 8pm - 8am (PM)
