We are seeking an exceptionally organised, proactive, and composed Personal Assistant to support an ultra-high-net-worth client and her family. This role requires a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, capable of handling multiple concurrent requests, setting clear priorities, and managing matters independently without waiting for instruction.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, anticipates issues before they arise, and delivers with precision in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the client’s primary point of support for day-to-day and personal matters
  • Work collaboratively with the household helper to ensure smooth daily operations, stepping in to support or coordinate where required
  • Source and coordinate suitable childcare, tutors or nannies, based on the family's needs and preferences
  • Proactively anticipate and address needs before being asked
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong initiative and prioritisationPrepare clear and structured updates for the client without requiring prompts
  • Coordinate travel, appointments, and personal logistics end-to-end
  • Ensure documentation (e.g., passports, residency, education) is valid and up to date
  • Liaise discreetly with international service providers, embassies, medical and educational institutions
  • Monitor changing requests and quickly adjust plans as needed
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality at all times
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience supporting UHNW individuals or private families
  • Comfortable working alongside household support staff to streamline arrangements
  • Independent and confident — capable of handling matters without supervision
  • Strong problem-solver, able to think several steps ahead
  • Excellent task prioritisation skills, especially under pressure
  • Takes ownership and sees tasks through without needing reminders
  • Emotionally resilient and composed under pressure
  • Good written and verbal communication in English
Preferred Background
  • Personal Assistant / Lifestyle or Family Support roles in SMEs, family offices or fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with household coordination or family logistics is beneficial
  • Experience arranging personal or family-related services (travel, education, childcare, relocation etc.)
