Job description
    You will be working as a Personal Assistant to the Director in South Mumbai (near Grant Road) and August Kranti Marg, Maharashtra. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the Director. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently will be crucial for success. As a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, handling communication effectively and maintaining confidentiality at all times.Your key responsibilities will include managing the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, as well as preparing for meetings with necessary materials. You will coordinate meetings, organize agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Additionally, you will supervise, train, and schedule household staff, conduct performance reviews, and handle hiring and termination as needed. You will also be responsible for document management, preparing and editing reports, presentations, and other documents, as well as maintaining organized files and records for easy access. Event planning and coordination, project assistance, office management, and travel coordination will also be part of your duties. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, Hospitality, Finance/Investment, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role. Your exceptional time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and proficiency in office software and household management tools will be essential. Strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a high level of discretion and confidentiality will also be required.You should be able to work independently, demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of event planning, familiarity with local service providers and contractors, and attributes such as discretion, attention to detail, flexibility, and professionalism will be beneficial. This is a full-time job with day shift hours, and the ability to commute/relocate to Grant Road, Mumbai, Maharashtra is preferred.Application Questions:1.
