Job summary

A leading human resources firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant/ Executive Secretary. The successful candidate will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, assist in opening new business ventures, and provide high-level administrative support. With at least 5 years of relevant experience and the ability to handle confidential matters, the role offers a salary of up to $7000, mobile allowance, and additional benefits. This is a permanent position located in the Marina Bay Area, working 6 days a week.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrator.

  • Position : Personal Assistant/ Executive Secretary (Opening New Business Entities) - 6 days a week

  • Location : Marina Bay Area

  • Working hours : 6days a week | Office Hours 10am -8pm

  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7000 + $50 Mobile Allowance + AWS + 18 days Annual Leave

  • Duration : Permanent

  • Industry : Japanese Firm

Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and domestic/international travel arrangements
  • To assist with setting up and opening new business entities.
  • Support business initiatives, including research and coordination related to opening new business ventures
  • Handle email correspondence, phone calls, document preparation, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items
  • Provide project, reporting, and executive event support
  • Oversee expense claims, document control, and general office administration
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while delivering high-level executive support
Qualifications
  • Diploma, Degree, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrator
  • Knowledge and hands‑on experience in assisting with the setup or opening of new business entities is required
  • Willingness to provide after‑hours and urgent support (24/7 standby when required)
