Job summary

A dynamic media company in Singapore seeks a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized administrative support directly to the CEO. Key responsibilities include managing travel arrangements, taking dictation, producing reports, and acting as the primary contact for communication. The ideal candidate must have proven experience as a Personal Assistant, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. This role also requires frequent travel overseas.

  • Manage Diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
