Job Scope:

Key Responsibilities to support Chief Executive and 2 Senior Management:

Calendar Management:

  • Organize and maintain schedules and calendars
  • Book appointments and meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries

Administrative Support

  • Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters)
  • Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper)
  • Organise meeting materials for principals
  • Submit travel, entertainment and monthly transport claims.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a Personal Assistant or administrative role
  • At least an "A" Level certificate or above
  • Experience in a secreterial role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Discretion and trustworthiness
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Thu) and 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)

Contract Period: 3 months

Salary: $3500-$4500/month
