Job summary

A leading human resource service provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to manage M&E works on construction sites. The role ensures project completion according to specifications, within budget, and on time. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. Attractive salary of up to $6,000 + AWS and permanent position offered.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all M&E works on construction sites, ensuring they are completed according to specifications, within budget, and on time.
• Prepare and review M&E designs and drawings, ensuring they comply with relevant codes, regulations, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractor and consultant to resolve any technical issues related to M&E installations.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and quality, addressing any issues that arise.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports, including progress updates, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and submit shop drawing, Revit BIM for coordination, As-built drawings, Construction drawings.
• Manage project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and change orders.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to source and secure M&E materials and equipment.
• Assist in the commissioning and handover of completed M&E systems to clients.

Job Requirement
