A leading tax compliance firm in Singapore is seeking a Tax Compliance Manager to lead engagements and ensure exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax compliance, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and experience in team leadership. Responsibilities include managing tax compliance, developing budgets, and maintaining client relationships. Manage and coordinate corporate tax (including personal tax, partnership tax, and withholding tax) compliance engagements.
Develop budgets, determine resource requirements, and direct/monitor engagements.
Maintain continuous interaction with clients, manage expectations, and ensure exceptional client service.
Oversee the tax compliance process and adapt to challenges in the process.
Leading the tax compliance function, delegating work effectively, coaching, training, and resolving staffing issues.
Attend to tax queries and dispute resolution with the tax authorities.
Share knowledge to develop professionally and enhance service delivery. Facilitate open communication and supervise staff.
Assess and identify business development opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with recognized Professional Qualification.
Strong experience in Tax compliance, with proven track record in quality management and team leadership.
Good understanding of business and tax technical issues and the ability to transform these into value-added solutions for clients.
Knowledge in the software Singtax (Corporate & Personal) preferred.
