• Promotes safety culture in the workplace.
• Responsible for preparation of safety manuals for compliance.
• Ensures Safety Management System complies with requirements.
• Reviews HSE Manual and its implementation.
• Promotes good HSE practices.
• Conducts investigations of accidents and near misses.
• Organizes and conducts HSE training plans.
• Intervenes in unsafe activities.

Job description

• Promotes Safety culture in the workplace.
• Responsible for the preparation, compilation and maintenance of safety manuals to ensure compliance with safety regulatory standards that meets the Company’s HSE policy and objectives.
• Responsible for ensuring the Safety Management System is maintained and properly followed to comply with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements, and that it meets the Company’s HSE policy objectives.
• Continuous review of the HSE Manual and its’ implementation.
• Promotes good HSE practices and ensures these practices are in place and safety regulations followed.
• Conducts investigation of accidents and near miss incidents reported.
• Organizes and conducts HSE training plans.
• Intervenes in unsafe activities or operations.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned
