Job summary

A leading entertainment company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Performing Artiste Manager. You will arrange and manage on-stage performances, work closely with performers, and attend rehearsals. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, strong stage experience, and the ability to communicate well with performers from East Asia. Knowledge of Mandarin Pop, Jpop, or Kpop is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years’ experience as Performing Artiste Manager or related manager.
• Able to communicate well with performers and staff from East Asia.
• Experience as a performer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and schedule on-stage performances.
• Attend and arrange for rehearsals with performers.
• Manage the staff and report to management.

• Arrange and schedule in all assigned on-stage performances of the company
• Attend and arrange for rehearsals and work with other performer
• Work with performers to fine-tune performance
• Keep and update weekly routine performances
• Assist the performer in selection for optimal performance standards
• In charge of the admin of the performer including reporting to the management
• Need to manage the staff and assist the management in handling all the issues of the performers
• Attend monthly meetings pertaining to stage performance matters

Requirements

• Ability to communicate well with staff/ performer from East Asia
• 3 to 4 years’ experience as Performing Artiste Manager or related manager
• Able to communicate well with the performers
• Has experience as Performer is a plus
• Knowledge of Mandarin Pop or Jpop Kpop is advantageous
• Strong stage experience
