This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 100000 - Rs 500000 (ie INR 1-5 LPA)

We are seeking an experienced Performance Rewards & Compensation and Benefits (C&B) professional to support and manage end-to-end compensation, benefits, and performance reward processes. This role requires strong domain expertise in HR operations, deep knowledge of compensation frameworks, and hands-on experience with HR systems, analytics, and compliance—particularly within a Singapore context.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary revisions, bonuses, incentives, and benefits enrollment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage performance rewards frameworks and support annual and cyclical reward processes.
  • Interpret compensation data, conduct salary benchmarking, and assist in structuring competitive pay frameworks.
  • Maintain and manage employee compensation records, payroll inputs, and HR data with high attention to detail.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Work closely with payroll teams and external vendors to ensure smooth payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Handle employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and payroll through ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, statutory requirements, and audit readiness for all C&B processes.
  • Support benefits administration and vendor coordination for insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefit programs.
Work Experience & Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in HR operations, with strong specialization in Compensation & Benefits.
  • In-depth understanding of Singapore-specific HR regulations, statutory compliance, payroll, and benefits requirements.
  • Proven experience managing complex compensation cycles, including increments, bonuses, incentives, and benefits administration.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems and tools such as Workday, SuccessFactors, iGROW, or similar platforms.
  • Strong capability in HR data management, analytics, and reporting for leadership and audits.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with employees and stakeholders on C&B matters.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel for compensation analysis, dashboards, and payroll validation.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle confidential and sensitive data.
  • Solid knowledge of SOPs, compliance protocols, and audit processes related to compensation and benefits.
  • Experience coordinating with payroll teams, HR vendors, and benefits providers.
