The Role

As a People & Culture Executive, you’ll be the heartbeat of our team. You’ll support the People & Culture Manager in ensuring our employees feel valued, engaged, and empowered. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and training, you’ll help shape the Mama experience for our people — because happy teams make happy guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new team members.
  • Issue employment contracts.
  • Calculate freelancer fee.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administration (contracts, payroll support, leave management).
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to grow talent within the team.
  • Contribute to wellbeing and diversity initiatives that make Mama Shelter a great place to work.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Previous experience in HR, People & Culture in hotels preferred.
  • Good with numbers, meticulous and good with handling digital tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you’re approachable and empathetic.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (esp. Quick HR) and processes is a plus.
  • Able to handle multiple demands.
