ROLES AND REPONSIBILITIES

• As a Lead/Senior Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Pega Platform is required. Advanced proficiency in Design & Build Enablement is recommended.
• Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management is suggested.
• Develop innovative application solutions that enhance user experience and meet client needs.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in Pega development and Pega CSA certified.
