Job summary

A leading maintenance service provider in Singapore is looking for an HR Payroll Assistant. The candidate will manage the monthly payroll process, maintain the employee database, and generate payroll reports. They should have strong MS Office skills and be able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking staff. A minimum of GCE 'O' levels or a relevant diploma is required, along with a meticulous and positive attitude. This role offers a dynamic work environment with responsibilities across HR payroll matters.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification of GCE 'O' level or relevant diploma.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to liaise with Mandarin speaking workers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the monthly full payroll process.
  • Create and update employee database.
  • Prepare and generate payroll reports.
  • Handle tax submissions and CPF reports.
  • Address employee queries and grievances.
