Job summary

A leading HR services provider in Singapore is seeking a Payroll Officer to manage payroll functions and assist in HR tasks. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Admin or HRM, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong proficiency in MS Excel. Responsibilities include processing payroll, maintaining records, and handling staff queries. This role offers a hands-on position for those with strong time management skills.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years relevant experience handling large headcounts.
  • Familiar with Employment, CPF/Foreign Workers Levy Acts.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of payroll functions.
  • Process payroll via InfoTech Payroll system.
  • Prepare and maintain employee payroll records.

  • Responsible for full spectrum of payroll function
  • Process payroll via InfoTech Payroll system
  • Prepare and maintain employee payroll records
  • Preparation and submission of Form IR21, IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A and Appendix 8B
  • Filing of all government paid leave and claims
  • Handle and assist staff queries on benefit and payroll matter

To undertake other HR functions, ad hoc projects and other duties as and when assigned
