Job summary

A leading healthcare recruitment firm is looking for a Registration Assistant in Singapore to manage patient registrations and provide efficient front-line service. The ideal candidate should possess at least GCE N/'O' Level education, be proficient in MS Office, and have good communication skills. Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred. About The Role

Registration

• Perform patient registration and provide prompt, efficient front-line service.
• Conduct financial counselling, including explanation of charges, billing options, deposits, and changes in level of care or accommodation.
• Coordinate operational workflows such as ward class selection, day surgery vs admission conversions, cancelled cases, and patient wait-time communication.

Room Assistant

• Serve as the front-line counter receptionist, managing visitor reception, inquiries, and coordination with clinics, wards, and operating theatres.
• Coordinate patient flow and movements, including admissions, transfers, discharges, surgery list updates, and day surgery to ward conversions.
• Handle operational logistics and reporting, including porter bookings, patient refreshments, ward statistics, and verification of accommodation codes.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Eye Clinic and Pharmacy for cancer medications.
• Schedule eye appointments for patient clinic reviews and visual acuity assessments.

What We Are Looking For

• At least GCE N/"O" Level education.
• Healthcare or service or related industry is preferred but not required.
• Proficient in computer skills (MS Office).
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work 2 rotating shifts.
