Patient Service Associate

Location: Western Region
Working Hours: 42 hours / 5.5-day work week

Responsibilities
  • Reception of appointment and walk-in patients.
  • Verify patient details (NRIC & Name) for electronic registration (EPIC, LIS, RIS, POS, BSS).
  • Schedule and book appointments, including mammogram registrations via the BSS portal.
  • Provide instructions to patients and escort them to rooms as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries with prompt, courteous service.
  • Cashier duties, including payment collection, Medisave transactions, and end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Apply promotions and discounts in EASIPOS.
  • Administrative support, including dispatching reports and maintaining courier records.
  • Ensure quality KPIs are met and assist in handling patient relations.
Requirements
  • GCE “A”/“O”/“N” levels or NITEC qualification.
