A luxury retail company in Singapore is looking for a Part-Time Retail/Sales Associate to enhance customer experiences in their boutique at Changi Airport. Responsibilities include delivering excellent service, maintaining high standards of boutique presentation, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate is friendly, responsible, and willing to learn, with no prior experience required as training will be provided. Flexible shifts and pay rates of $10/hour on weekdays and $12/hour on weekends are offered.

🕰️ Part-Time Retail/Sales Associate (Luxury Watches)

🛍️ Job Responsibilities

• Learn and demonstrate product knowledge to assist customers.
• Deliver excellent service during and after sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the boutique's appearance to premium brand standards.
• Build and manage client relationships and contact database.
• Manage stock handling, boutique upkeep, and assist with daily operations.
• Support with administrative duties (e.g., stock count, traffic reports).
• Handle transactions (cash/credit card).
• Maintain accurate records of after-sales services.
• Adhere to all company SOPs and retail standards.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

✈️ Location: Changi Airport (Travel Retail)

Working Schedule: 5-day work week (including weekends and PH)

Shifts: Morning: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM & Evening: 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM

Pay Rate: Weekdays: $10/hour & Weekends: $12/hour
