The Role

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Provide excellent customer service at the checkouts through effective and efficient use of cash register and proper bagging;
  • Ensure high standard of housekeeping and maintain good personal hygiene to promote Company image;
  • Be accountable for daily cash balances;
  • Responsible for closing duties that includes EOD settlement; ensure that Credit Cards & NETS transactions are properly completed;
  • Prepare docs for voucher / refund forms, reports, float verification and home delivery requests;
  • Any other ad hoc duties as per assigned;
