Job Scope:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured and interactive music lessons
• Teach music theory, aural skills, and practical performance techniques
• Customize lessons based on individual student levels and learning styles
• Prepare students for performances, recitals, and music examinations (if applicable)
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly and provide feedback to parents
• Encourage creativity, discipline, and a love for music

• Assist in organising student showcases or music-related events

Requirements:

• A degree in Music, Music Education or a related field
• Proven experience teaching music
• Proficiency in at least one musical instrument o
• Strong understanding of music theory, technique and performance practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students of varying skill levels
• Passion for teaching and a patient, encouraging approach to student development
