6-Month Temp (Part-Time) Patient Service Associate

Location: Outram
Commitment: 4 days/week (32 hours total) | Duration: 6 months | Start: September onwards

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1 hr lunch)
• Alternate Sat: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Hourly Rates (Fixed):

• Private Diploma – $11.00/hr
• A Levels – $10.20/hr
• Higher NITEC – $10.20/hr
• NITEC – $9.60/hr

Job Scope:

• Handle enquiries via call/email
• Arrange or reschedule appointments
• Perform counter closing duties
• Provide patient counselling
• Support clinical service operations
• Any other admin/ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:
