A leading web development firm in Singapore is seeking a Part-time Web Developer to design, build, and deploy scalable web applications using React.js. The ideal candidate has strong proficiency in Next.js and experience with SSR and SSG. Job description

Part‑time (2–3 days / Week in office)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Designing, build, and deploy scalable web applications using React.js. Must demonstrate proficiency with Next.js rendering strategies (SSR, SSG) and API Routes/Server Actions to optimize performance, SEO, and full‑stack integration.
2. Participate in code reviews, debugging and performance tuning.
3. Write clean, well‑documented, and testable code.
4. Work closely with the team to support project milestones and deployments.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
2. Strong proficiency in React Hooks and state management (e.g., Redux or Context API) for building complex, data‑driven user interfaces.
3. Proven experience implementing Server‑Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) using Next.js to meet performance and SEO requirements.
4. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and basic database concepts (SQL/NoSQL).
5. Able to work 2–3 days per week in the office.
6. Responsible, independent, and able to manage time well in a part‑time role.
7. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools
